Patrick Hill is an experienced Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT). He initially qualified as a mental health nurse and worked extensively in the area of mental health both in the U.K and Ireland for the past 30 years. Patrick qualified as Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist at Trinity College Dublin with Cert. H. Dip CBT, MSc CBT. Patrick also works as a Schema Therapist and Mindfulness teacher.
Patrick provides therapy for anxiety disorders such as Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, OCD, Social Anxiety, General Anxiety, Procrastination and Perfectionism. He also works in treating those with depression with CBT skills and techniques. He works with both adults and young adults
Patrick also provides Clinical Supervision for other CBT therapists and has worked at Trinity College Dublin as an adjunct professor providing CBT workshops, teaching, and clinical supervision. Patrick has also presented at the BABCP Conferences on eating disorders and provided a lecture on living with OCD.
