B.A. (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy; Accredited member of IACP
Sarah holds a B.A. (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish Institute of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IICP), she also holds a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from U.C.D., and a Level 9 Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Sarah is a humanistic, person-centred, integrative therapist who works collaboratively with her clients in a safe and non-judgmental space where thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be explored and understood. She is passionate about helping her clients develop a clearer understanding and more positive sense of self. She works with adults in areas including but not limited to depression, anxiety, self-esteem and self-expression, loss & bereavement, health and well-being, relationship issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and issues relating to trauma.
